Duration: 7 weeks*
Pricing: $20 per class (paid upfront or weekly direct debit)
*we run our training blocks alongside school terms
Postnatal Foundations [6-week course]
When: Next intake is Term 1 2026.
Where: SJ Fitness Studio, 53 Little Maude Drive, Lake Hawea
Investment: $180 upfront or $30 per class (direct debit)
Limited to 4x mamas and their babies

The Next Level [ongoing classes]
The progression class to Postnatal Foundations. It has all the foundations learnt from Postnatal Foundations and focuses on building on strength.
The Next Level is for new mums who have been exercising for at least 6 weeks. And it’s BYOB (Bring Your Own Baby/Toddler) of course!

Research shows that it’s never too late to start lifting weights to see the benefits.
RetroFit focuses on resistance training where you’ll be building strength with a variety of equipment.
The small group classes mean that we can meet you where you’re at on your exercise journey, whether that’s never having lifted a dumbbell or having lifted them quite a lot.
