Choose your class
These sessions are capped at four people per class to allow for near personal-training level coaching. Each person is coached individually through load selection, technique, and progression — not just guided through a workout.
If you’re looking for structure, accountability, and hands-on coaching in a small, supportive setting, this style of training is designed for exactly that.
