AllFit is a group training program built around three things: movement that makes you feel good, consistency that sticks, and training buddies that keep you showing up. 

It’s designed for people who want to move better, feel better, and keep doing the things they love (whether that’s chasing kids, hiking hills, or just getting through the day without feeling knackered).

We mix strength and cardio into full-body sessions that move fast (but not furious). Every class is different, every movement has a purpose, and you’ll leave feeling proud of what your body did, not frustrated at what it didn’t.

It’s a bit sweaty. It’s structured. It’s secretly quite fun.

The Logistics

Where:

  • Lake Hawea Community Centre (Tuesdays + Thursdays at 6 am)
  • Luggate Memorial Centre (Wednesday 6 am.)

Duration: 11 weeks*
Group size: Small enough to get personal support. Big enough for good vibes.

Not at all. AllFit is beginner-friendly and adaptable. You’ll go at your own pace, and I’ll guide you with any adjustments needed.
