MamaFit: The Beginning is 6 week course designed to get you ready for exercise.

THE BEGINNING: A progressive 6-week course which focuses on rebuilding coordination & strength of the postpartum core. The first 4 weeks include an educational component which will provide context around why training during this period must be progressive and intentional. The final 2 sessions will be total body circuit classes where all strategies learnt over the previous 4 sessions can be applied. The end goal is to understand and feel better connected to your postpartum body giving you the confidence to return to the types of exercise you enjoy! BYOB (that’s bring your own baby) as it’s hard enough finding time to work out with one, let alone finding time without them. They will also form part of the workout which should bring a smile to their face and yours! Breastfeeding and changing of course welcome, though to get the best out of the class we recommend coming with a clean and well fed baby. Please wear comfortable, supportive trainers. All equipment used will be provided in class. DISCLAIMER: Please ensure you’ve had your 6 week check and have been signed off for exercise by your GP.

This 10 week face-to-face block has been designed to suit anyone no matter their fitness level or stage of life. You’ll be motivated, kept accountable, and you’ll get fitter and stronger than ever!
Classes are a mix of strength and cardio exercises that move quickly with minimal rest between each exercise, forcing you to use your whole body as a unit and get an intense full body workout. AllFitters love that every session is different.
Classes are held at Lake Hawea Community Centre – 28 Myra Street (next to the library) on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Choose from either 6am or 9.15am session times when booking.
OPTION 1: BOOK BOTH DAYS PER WEEK
OPTION 2: CHOOSE ONE DAY PER WEEK

Every Tuesday OR Thursday and either 6am or 9.15am session time

Training while pregnant may be a daunting thought for you. The desire to exercise is there, but is overshadowed by an element of fear that you might do something wrong and hurt yourself or put your baby at risk. 

The words ‘pregnancy’ and ‘exercise’ have long been two words with few associations. Fast forward to the present and you’ll quickly see the approach to exercising during pregnancy has transformed into one of necessity.

Postnatal Coaching

Returning to exercise after having a baby is so much more than simply throwing on your runners and heading out the door. It needs to be done safely, effectively and thoughtfully.

When a woman has a baby her body changes; the way she thinks and feels about her body changes; the way she thinks and feels about herself changes. She now has another human life to care for! A life so precious many women gradually lose their sense of self-nurturing in the process of nurturing for another.

Personal Training

Our online coaching service is a 12 week package and includes detailed nutrition and training plans updated every 3-4 weeks depending how your body responds. It also includes weekly body composition check-ins and unlimited support  so you can still train from anywhere in the world.

Your training and nutrition program is 100% tailored to the individual and perfect for women with a specific goal such as fat loss or improving strength. No matter your age, size or fitness level I’m here to help you navigate the huge amount of information out there and hone in on what’s right for YOU so you can have your own Transformation and maintain it forever. There’s no one-size-fits-all strategy to approach your training and nutrition; I know you’ve got your own needs and goals around what you want to achieve and I want to make fitness work for you, not the other way around.
