MamaFit Postnatal fitness classes are about easing tension and strengthening your body to help with everything that life throws at you as a new mum, while boosting your mood.
MamaFit Postnatal is for anyone who has been exercising for at least 6 weeks. (and you’ve been cleared for exercise from your health professional)
Exercising with a community of like-minded women, the 50 minute session will work on opening up tight areas and strengthening the weaker ones to leave you walking taller, feeling more energised and a little sweaty.
BYOB (that’s bring your own baby) as it’s hard enough finding time to work out with one, let alone finding time without them. They could also form part of the workout which should bring a smile to their face and yours!
Breastfeeding and changing of course welcome, though to get the best out of the class we recommend coming with a clean and well fed baby.

AllFit

[ NEW 6 WEEK BLOCK STARTING November 8th, 2022]

Our AllFit Group Training option is perfect for you if you’re looking for a hard, but fun style of training and a great way to work on fitness and strength together! This class includes a mix of strength and cardio exercises that move quickly with minimal rest between each exercise, forcing you to use your whole body as a unit and get an intense full body workout.

Classes are open to anyone of all levels of fitness with low impact options suited to everyone!

Every Tuesday and Thursday from 6am – 7am, starting on Tuesday November 8th 2022

Training while pregnant may be a daunting thought for you. The desire to exercise is there, but is overshadowed by an element of fear that you might do something wrong and hurt yourself or put your baby at risk. 

The words ‘pregnancy’ and ‘exercise’ have long been two words with few associations. Fast forward to the present and you’ll quickly see the approach to exercising during pregnancy has transformed into one of necessity.

Postnatal Coaching

Returning to exercise after having a baby is so much more than simply throwing on your runners and heading out the door. It needs to be done safely, effectively and thoughtfully.

When a woman has a baby her body changes; the way she thinks and feels about her body changes; the way she thinks and feels about herself changes. She now has another human life to care for! A life so precious many women gradually lose their sense of self-nurturing in the process of nurturing for another.

Personal Training

Our online coaching service is a 12 week package and includes detailed nutrition and training plans updated every 3-4 weeks depending how your body responds. It also includes weekly body composition check-ins and unlimited support  so you can still train from anywhere in the world.

Your training and nutrition program is 100% tailored to the individual and perfect for women with a specific goal such as fat loss or improving strength. No matter your age, size or fitness level I’m here to help you navigate the huge amount of information out there and hone in on what’s right for YOU so you can have your own Transformation and maintain it forever. There’s no one-size-fits-all strategy to approach your training and nutrition; I know you’ve got your own needs and goals around what you want to achieve and I want to make fitness work for you, not the other way around.
