MamaFit: Postnatal Foundations Course

Build your base with this 6-week series designed to help you reconnect with your body, safely.

If you’re freshly postpartum, this is the program for you. It’s a gentle, progressive course that helps you understand what your body’s been through and how to rebuild your strength from the inside out. It’ll help you:

  • Recover from birth
  • Rehab your core and pelvic floor
  • Rebuild your strength
  • Return to the fitness you enjoy

Where: SJ Fitness Studio, 53 Little Maude Drive, Lake Hawea

Basically, you’ll leave with a better understanding of your body, more confidence, and a pathway back to the movement you love

MamaFit: The Next Level

You’ve built the foundations. Now it’s time to level up.

This class is for mums who’ve done the groundwork and are ready for more. More strength. More mobility. More zhush.

If you’ve completed the Postnatal Foundations course (or similar elsewhere), or you’ve been moving your body for at least 6 weeks postpartum, this is the perfect next step.

These sessions build on what you’ve learned, help release the tight spots, strengthen the weak ones, and give your body (and mind) exactly what it needs to feel capable and powerful.

You’ll walk taller. Breathe easier. And motherhood might just feel a bit more doable.

FAQ’s

Generally, around 6–8 weeks postpartum, with medical clearance. But everybody is different, so if you aren’t sure, get in touch and we’ll talk it through.

Heck yes! This is a BYOB (bring your own baby) class. It’s hard enough finding time to work out with your baby, let alone finding time without them. In MamaFit, they’ll become part of the workout, which should bring a smile to their face and yours!

That’s okay! All babies cry. You can stop, settle, feed, and cuddle anytime. Or I’ll happily cuddle them while you finish your reps if needed.

Nope. This is designed for all mums, whether you’re easing back in or already active.
