If you’ve completed the Postnatal Foundations course (or similar elsewhere), or you’ve been moving your body for at least 6 weeks postpartum, this is the perfect next step.
These sessions build on what you’ve learned, help release the tight spots, strengthen the weak ones, and give your body (and mind) exactly what it needs to feel capable and powerful.
You’ll walk taller. Breathe easier. And motherhood might just feel a bit more doable.
