Every check-in session, you’ll get a personalised video feedback that covers your wins, your work-ons, and will give you advice on more than just form and technique (although you’ll get that too!) 

We cover everything from training, nutrition, recovery, stress, and time management, ‘cos these make a BIG difference in reaching your goals too.

Sometimes we might be celebrating the big wins, and sometimes we’ll be making small adjustments that change everything. 

Either way, your check-ins are where the magic happens.

Not at all. This coaching is designed to meet you exactly where you’re at. Whether you’re new to training, returning after a long break, or just feeling a bit stuck, we’ll build from there, together.

Yep! All training plans are custom-built to suit a gym or well-equipped home setup. Not sure if you’ve got the right space or set-up. Reach out, and we can chat. 

Only if you want to. Nutrition support in the Everything package is about learning to fuel your body in a way that feels good, sustainable, and empowering, no rules, no shame.

Both! If you’re local to Lake Hawea, we can do this in person, or if a mix of online and in-person works, we can figure that out too. 

This is a minimum 12-week commitment, which is long enough to see and feel real progress. But you’re not locked into anything beyond that. This is about building habits, not contracts. But I’m hoping you’ll want to stay longer once you see how it feels.
