…and a “do you ever wish fitness felt a bit more human, and a bit less like one big competition?”

Cos then we’re basically besties.

I knew that offering welcoming, strength-based fitness programs for everyday people could help them feel strong, confident, and actually enjoy moving again.

And I knew that classes where you’re not just another number, you don’t have to wonder “am I doing this right?”, and you get real results are what people like you need.

So, I created it…

I’m Sarah,

And I’m a fitness coach based in Lake Hawea, Wanaka, for regular people who want to feel stronger, fitter, and more alive.

I’m passionate about helping others listen to their bodies and take care of them. 

I’ve always loved movement. But after having kids, I realised just how hard it was to fit it in, let alone enjoy it.

So I started designing programs that…

  • are effective but doable
  • help people get strong and fit without stealing hours of their time
  • feel enjoyable, not punishing

Exercise that doesn’t just burn calories… but builds resilience, strength, and confidence.

Because when your body feels good, everything else feels easier.

What happened next?

I became a little obsessed with creating the kind of classes that tap into strength, simplicity, and sustainability.

And the response?

  • People who thought they “weren’t sporty” are lifting with confidence and more weight than they ever believed they could!
  • Busy mums are getting their energy back.
  • Postnatal women are feeling strong again (and sometimes they’re even stronger than they were pre-baby!)
