Hi! I’m Sarah Gourlay, personal trainer and certified pre & post natal specialist. Oh, and first-time Mama to Leo born first day of Lockdown 1.0!

My passion is to help pregnant and post-natal women enjoy the journey of motherhood by keeping them physically active, educated and empowered.

As a first time mum, I know first-hand how anxiety can come with being an expectant or new mum, especially regarding knowing which exercises are safe to do. Which is why I want to empower women, just like you, to stay fit and feel confident and supported throughout pregnancy and motherhood.

My Story

I’m passionate about ensuring women look after their bodies both during and post pregnancy. I’m committed to helping them maintain their sense of self and ensuring they listen to their bodies. Ultimately, I want new mums and mums-to-be to have a positive attitude, and respect and love for the body that has grown their children.

As women, sometimes we don’t believe in ourselves the way we should. We think we should always be doing more, be more. In our eyes we’re never enough. At the same time we don’t always put ourselves first or have the strength to make changes in our lives.

Sometimes all it takes is that one person to believe in you, help you along your journey, push that little bit harder or simply take that first step. And this is something that inspires and motivates me.

I’m here to guide you through your very individual journey of realising your vision of health and fitness. This is how I see my role as your personal trainer AKA your ‘cheerleader.’
