Training while pregnant may be a daunting thought for you. The desire to exercise is there, but is overshadowed by an element of fear that you might do something wrong and hurt yourself or put your unborn baby at risk. 

However many women are not aware of the benefits of regular exercise and correct nutrition during pregnancy, for both mother and baby.

It doesn’t matter whether you’re in your first trimester or third, I can show you how to have a safe, healthy & active pregnancy that’s as enjoyable and pain free as possible.

Postnatal Coaching

85% of women will have a baby at some point in their life, and once they have, they’re postnatal forever.

Whether you’ve recently had a baby or your children are much older, I can help you conquer your goals – whether they be fat loss, building strength and/or simply improving your health.

I can also confidently guide you into returning to exercising safely after birth, help heal pregnancy related symptoms such as weakened pelvic floor muscles or abdominal separation and enable you to spend quality time on YOU.

The MamaFit gym is 100% baby friendly! Bring your little humans along with you (or not) when you work out. We have a designated kids area with toys, a ball pit and baby gyms to entertain your baby.

You may find training with a friend or partner keeps you accountable, adds a little more motivation to your sessions and provides some friendly competition to help challenge you.
